Return Policy (T&C)
- Weavaa is committed to your satisfaction. Your happiness is our top priority!
- Products can be exchanged for replacements or refunded to your original payment method. Double-check your order before placing it.
- We accept cash refund requests on eligible products at any time.
- For all returns & exchanges, an unboxing video is required as proof.
- Exchange\Replacement products will be delivered within 4–8 business days after approval.
- Refunds (if approved) take 5–7 working days to reflect in your original payment method.
Easy Returns
- If you are not satisfied with your order, returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery (T&C apply).
- Returns are only accepted for eligible products.
- On request, we can arrange pickup of your order directly from your doorstep.
Items Eligible for Return (T&C)
If you are not satisfied with your purchase (due to manufacturing defects, wrong product, or if you need a replacement), we’ll arrange for an exchange or refund for eligible items.
Returns are processed once the original items are received and pass our quality checks.
**Note:** For hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Innerwear products (panties, bras)
- Sanitary pads
- Compression socks
- Skin and hair care products
Recommendation
- If you are nursing or feeding, we recommend choosing one size up for undergarments.
- Returns are accepted for color/size issues, quality issues, or if you receive the wrong item.
- Undergarments for return must be unused, unwashed, and have all original product tags intact.
How to Return an Item
Return and Exchanges Process (T&C)
- Your request will be reviewed and approved/disapproved within 24 hours.
- Approval is at Weavaa’s sole discretion.
- If approved, you will receive an email confirmation with a pickup label and time slot.
- Pack and keep your shipment ready at the pickup time – our partner will collect it.
- If you miss your pickup slot, arranging another slot may not be possible and the product may be ineligible for return/exchange.
- Once received, we perform a quality check before processing your refund or exchange.
- Refunds for approved returns are processed within 5 working days from the date of approval.
Shipping Fee
- Shipping costs on the original purchase are not refunded.
- There is no exchange/return on discounted products or those bought on sale/offer at any time.
