Quantity Restrictions & Pricing Errors

While weavaa.com strives for accuracy, pricing or typographical errors may occur. Weavaa cannot confirm a product price until after you order. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect info, Weavaa may refuse or cancel your order unless already dispatched. If mispriced, Weavaa may contact you or cancel the order and notify you.

Authorisation for payment may be taken for the order amount, but only the amount for fulfilled portions will be charged. Any extra amount authorised but not captured will not be charged; erroneous charges will be refunded promptly.

Cancellations by the Customer

Refunds for returned items will be processed only after the merchandise is received in unused condition, with the original sales invoice. After verification, a refund or exchange will be processed within five (5) working days. Refunds to cards will be credited back to the same account; delays by the bank are beyond our control. All items must be returned via courier collection.

Financial Details

Weavaa and its financial partners reserve the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges, and legal fees from fraudulent users. Legal action may be taken for fraudulent or unlawful use of the Website.
